Job Summary
Overnight the Supervisor provides daily direction to Outfitters, managing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegates tasks and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Executes nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers while supporting inventory counts and empty peg scanning during off-peak hours. Coordinates special events, pricing, and UPC integrity, and supervises team members through interviewing, training, and performance evaluation. Prepares weekly schedules, coaches associates, and ensures compliance with break and lunch regulations. Full-time role with a starting pay rate of $19.00 - $21.75.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
