Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to Outfitters on the overnight shift, managing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegates tasks to team members, ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintains visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Executes nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers, completes on-demand inventory counts, and supports the Management team with special events and pricing integrity. Coordinates hiring, training, and performance appraisals while preparing weekly work schedules. Ensures all breaks and lunches are provided in accordance with regulations. Requires 2-4 retail years of experience and availability to work overnight shifts. Starting pay rate is $21.00 - $23.75.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
