Job Summary
Overnight direction to Outfitters covering sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures while maintaining visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Execute nightly replenishment from backstock, distribution centers, and direct vendors. Partner with Inventory Control for on-demand counts, peg scanning, and display integrity. Support Management with special events, pricing integrity, and assortment planning. Conduct interviews, train associates, prepare weekly schedules, and coach teams to promote positive customer relations. Ensure all breaks and lunches are provided in accordance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
