Job Summary
Overnight the Supervisor provides daily direction to Outfitters, managing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegates tasks to team members, ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintains visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Executes nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers while supporting inventory counts and display integrity during off-peak hours. Coordinates special events, maintains pricing and UPC accuracy, and handles performance evaluations and complaint resolution. Prepares weekly work schedules, coaches associates, and ensures regulatory compliance for breaks and lunches. Full-time role requiring 2-4 years of retail experience and availability for overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
