Overnight Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee the overnight shift by directing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegate tasks to team members, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Execute nightly replenishment from backstock, distribution centers, and vendor deliveries while completing on-demand inventory counts and peg scanning during off-peak hours. Coordinate special events, manage pricing and UPC integrity, and support the management team with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure all breaks and lunches are provided in compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
