Overnight Supervisor

Job Summary
Direct daily operations for the overnight retail shift, including sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegate tasks to Outfitters, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain visual presentation standards through signage and planogram execution. Coordinate nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers while completing on-demand inventory counts and empty peg scanning during off-peak hours. Support management with special events, pricing integrity, and performance evaluations, while managing break and lunch schedules for the team. Prepare weekly work schedules and coach associates to promote positive customer relations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
