Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to Outfitters on the overnight shift, managing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegates tasks and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures while maintaining visual presentation standards and nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers. Supports inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and pick requests during off-peak hours. Coordinates all Special Events, maintains pricing and UPC integrity, and prepares weekly work schedules. Assists with staffing, interviewing, training, and performance appraisals for service-oriented associates. Ensures all breaks and lunches are provided in accordance with state and local regulations. Full-time role requiring 2-4 years of retail experience and availability to work overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
