Job Summary
Overnight direction to Outfitters covering sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, inventory management, and price change execution. Delegate tasks with clear direction and follow-up to ensure proper execution while maintaining visual presentation standards including signage, planograms, and daily recovery. Ensure nightly replenishment from backstock, Distribution Centers, and direct vendors. Complete on-demand inventory counts, empty peg scanning, and pick requests during off-peak hours. Coordinate special events, maintain pricing and UPC integrity, and support the Management team with supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, training, and performance evaluations. Prepare weekly work schedules and coach associates to promote positive customer relations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
