Job Summary
Direct daily operations for the overnight shift, including sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegate tasks to Outfitters, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain visual presentation standards with signage and planograms. Execute nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers, complete on-demand inventory counts, and support special events coordination. Manage pricing integrity, interview candidates, prepare weekly schedules, and address customer complaints while maintaining a harassment-free environment. Ensure all breaks and lunches are provided for the overnight team in compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
