Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor duties include directing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. You delegate tasks to Outfitters, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Responsibilities cover nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers, completing on-demand inventory counts, and supporting special events coordination. You interview and train associates, prepare weekly schedules, and address customer complaints while ensuring breaks and lunches comply with regulations. Full-time role with starting pay of $20.00-$22.75, requiring overnight shift availability and 2-4 years of retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
