Overnight Supervisor

Oversee overnight grocery operations by supervising nightly stocking, replenishment, and merchandising activities to ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and customer-ready before store opening. Monitor department conditions to maintain in-stock levels, verify FIFO inventory practices, and manage backstock to improve product availability. Provide daily leadership, coaching, and direction to night crew associates while assigning work responsibilities, training on operational standards, and evaluating performance. Ensure compliance with safety programs, proper equipment operation, and loss prevention initiatives throughout stockrooms, aisles, and receiving areas. Assist with receiving deliveries, cycle counts, and inventory audits to minimize shrink and resolve operational issues.
