Job Summary
Overnight Substance Abuse Counselor in Phoenix, AZ, delivering outpatient behavioral health services including individual and group counseling, development of treatment plans, and coordination of care for patients with opioid and other substance use disorders. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, maintaining client records, ensuring regulatory compliance, engaging family/natural supports, and supporting recovery. Shift is Sunday–Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a $1.50/hour shift differential for hours 4:00 PM–4:00 AM; requires 21+ with HS/GED and relevant behavioral health education/experience; licensure (Active LAC or above preferred) and a valid driver’s license with MVR checks are noted.
