Deli Attendant responsible for preparing food per recipes by cutting, weighing, portioning, peeling, baking, frying, and broasting; maintain sanitation and proper food safety practices. Maintain and organize work areas and equipment, store and label food to prevent spoilage, and stock hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee, and fountain areas. Perform clerk duties in smaller locations.
