Overnight Stocking Supervisor

Plans, directs, and supervises team members in day-to-day operations across various store departments, serving as mentor and coach to ensure sales goals and service standards are exceeded. Ensures a positive company image through courteous customer service, manages staffing and hiring needs, and implements strategies to improve efficiency and drive sales. Responsible for P&L, maintaining shrink, and documenting disciplinary actions while promoting succession planning and career paths for team members. Spends majority of time within the store communicating with customers and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and a safe work environment. Requires reliable attendance and ability to manage multiple tasks, analyze financial information, and teach suggestive selling.
