Job Summary
Oversee store operations in Wixom, MI as Overnight Stocking Manager, driving team engagement, coaching and development, and ensuring achievement of store financials and performance metrics. Lead team leaders and frontline staff through onboarding, training, feedback, and succession planning while managing scheduling, forecasting staffing needs, safety/compliance, and implementing process improvements. Required Qualifications
