Job Summary
Overnight Stocking Manager leads store teams across multiple Michigan locations (South Holland, North Holland, South Haven) with a focus on onboarding, training, coaching, and developing team members, while driving performance management, succession planning, and recognition. The role directs Leads and Team Leaders and is accountable for area operations and financial results including shrink, productivity, scheduling and forecasting staffing needs, and conflict resolution. It also emphasizes safety, compliance, process improvements, and fostering an inclusive Meijer culture through development programs and leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience
- Progressive leadership experience preferred
