Job Summary
Direct operations leadership for the overnight stocking department, including planning daily work tasks, mentoring team members, and coaching on customer service and sales goals. Manage product freshness by monitoring rotation and dating policies, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and leading ordering, receiving, and stocking activities. Assign work to achieve department goals while operating registers and powered equipment as needed. Participate in period-end inventories and cross-train high-potential talent. Act in Lead capacity in other departments when required.

Desired Qualifications
