Job Summary
Unload trucks, open containers, stock shelves, and rotate product to ensure freshness. Monitor for mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries, reporting issues to the scanning coordinator. Organize stock for efficiency, clean damaged items, tag shelves with overstock, and assist in other store areas as needed. Greet customers warmly, help them find products, and carry heavy purchases while maintaining compliance with dress code and hygiene standards. Work alongside teammates to ensure a smooth overnight operation under the direction of the Store Manager and Overnight Stock Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 100 pounds or more, with or without mechanical assistance
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar material-handling equipment (required operator certification must be completed prior to independent use)
- Ability to unload, lift, stock, and rotate incoming truck freight and merchandise
- Ability to safely use sharp knives and blades to cut, trim, or grind product
- Ability to operate a cardboard baler or compactor
- Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with dough mixing, scaling, and proofing
- Ability to work in cooler or freezer environments for extended periods
- Ability to work with and around heavy store equipment
- Must complete a pre employment drug screen
- Overnight Shifts (10PM-6AM)
