Overnight Steward (Summer Seasonal)

Overnight Steward role in Four Seasons Whistler: responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing china, glass, and silver using a dish machine; maintaining sanitation of major kitchen equipment and utensils; cleaning and sanitizing pots and pans; maintaining the silver polishing program; and safely handling cleaning chemicals. Must be capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Prior stewarding or cleaning experience and hotel/restaurant background are desirable. Strong communication, positive attitude, and ability to work in Canada are required. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays is expected to support a 24/7 operation in a luxury hospitality setting.
