Job Summary
Overnight Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of management, supervising staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, and delivering strong customer service to promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers, handling customer relations per policy, merchandising and merchandise presentation, pricing, stock and inventory of weekly/ promotional/ seasonal merchandise, and adherence to displays and POGs. Requirements include deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced/strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
