Overnight Shift Supervisor

Oversee direct reports and program site operations during Thursday-Saturday 9pm-7am shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels and work distribution. Provide ongoing leadership, training, and guidance on functional analysis, treatment sessions, and daily care plans per Individual Program Plans. Conduct regular staff meetings, manage job performance through goal setting and evaluations, and implement disciplinary actions as needed. Delegate responsibilities and support staff professional development by facilitating training and certification attainment. Attend internal management meetings, external conferences, and family conferences to share information and maintain open communication.
