Job Summary
Lead the overnight crew at GYG Croydon by motivating the team, championing food safety and quality standards, and delivering exceptional service. Manage daily operations while focusing on hitting KPIs and handling challenging situations with confidence. You must have management experience in hospitality, be a natural multitasker with strong attention to detail, and possess the legal right to work in Australia. Complete or obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course in Victoria and a First Aid course (HLTAID011) within the last three years. Required Qualifications
