Job Summary
Overnight Front Desk Associate/Doorman for Planned Lifestyle Services in Fort Lee, NJ. Part-time role with schedule Friday–Monday 11pm–7am. Greet and direct tenants, guests and vendors; develop relationships to provide personalized experiences; schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and venues; plan on-site events; assist with local referrals for entertainment, dining, shopping, and activities; manage mail, deliveries, and vendor services; monitor the lobby, answer phones, and control keys/access cards. Requires 3+ years of customer service, excellent communication and basic computer skills, knowledge of local attractions, and ability to multitask and lift up to 50lbs.
