Job Summary
Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify safety risks and undesirable conditions. Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property. Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents and write accurate reports. Resolve guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Assist the night audit team as needed. This overnight shift runs from 11 pm to 7 am. The role requires a high school education, valid driver's license, and existing job permit to work in the USA. CPR, First Aid, and TIPS training are helpful.
Required Qualifications
- High school education
- Valid driver's license
- Existing job permit to work in the USA
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Complete mobility
- Ability to push, pull, carry and move items over 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Team player
- Ability to use PPE at all times
- Availability for overnight shift (11 pm-7 am)
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid Training certificates
- TIPS training
- Additional language skills
