Job Summary
Oversee entire site security operations, including responding to emergencies such as elevator entrapment, medical incidents, fire alarms, power outages, and snowstorms. Conduct audits and inspections to verify uniform compliance, log completion, and adherence to facility security procedures. Review and approve all reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel while ensuring timely notification of serious incidents. Counsel, advise, and motivate assigned personnel, providing discipline or positive reinforcement as needed. Maintain effective communication with all security staff and client organizations, ensuring everyone remains updated on policy modifications. Work schedule includes evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as determined annually.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service or military experience
- Previous security Concierge experience, or related field/education
- Dependable means of transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
- Must keep a professional appearance
- Must remain on post at all times
- Will oversee entire site
- responding to emergency situations such as Elevator Entrapment, Medical Emergency, Fire Alarms, Power Outages and Snowstorms
- Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations
- Conduct Audits inspections to determine officers are in uniforms, completes log, conducting their tours, and not on their personal cellphones
- Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel
- Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents
- Basic computer knowledge
- Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel
- Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location
- Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location
- Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations
- Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually
- Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc
