Job Summary
Monitor the property during overnight hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, conducting routine walking patrols throughout the community and maintaining a professional security presence. Check entrances, exits, and common areas while assisting residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy. Follow site Post Orders and company procedures, then complete daily activity reports and required documentation. Report any suspicious activity or incidents appropriately. This full-time third shift role is located in Brickell, Miami, and requires a valid Class D Security License.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Able to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
- Comfortable with standing and frequent walking
- Able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Valid Florida Security License required
- Class D Security License
