Overnight Safety & Security Officer

Conduct security patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to alarms while maintaining visual contact with the Front Desk. Answer phone dispatch, manage two-way radio communications, and challenge suspicious persons. Open secured areas, check visitor IDs, and assist guests with room access or medical emergencies using certified First Aid and CPR skills. Investigate incidents, write reports, and provide escorts or deliveries as needed. Maintain daily activity logs, conduct safety rounds, and hold shift briefings with Guest Services.
