Overnight Safety Associate - Fort Lyon - 10968

Provides and supervises the safety of clients, staff, vendors, volunteers, and other visitors at the Fort Lyon location; conducts regularly scheduled inspections to promote a safe environment, assists in assessing potentially dangerous situations and intervenes to prevent violence, escorts staff to vehicles or appropriate locations, develops and monitors safety procedures, remains available to assist staff in crises, coordinates with law enforcement and emergency health care services as requested, completes incident reports for any event requiring physical action, serves as primary contact for intrusion alarms, provides training to new staff on safety issues, ensures intrusion alarms are activated and functioning, maintains a respectful, inclusive work environment, and supports flexible overnight shifts.
