Overnight Rooms Operations Manager

Oversee execution of operations across Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping while managing staff and leading the Rooms Operations Team. Verify that goals translate to the team regarding guest tracking and productivity, then develop game plans to address satisfaction gaps and expand strengths. Assist in hiring decisions, conduct one-on-one staff meetings, and ensure thorough orientation for new hires. Monitor financial statements, sales reports, and activity data to measure productivity, identify cost reduction areas, and maximize departmental performance. Perform required annual Quality audits with General Manager and Regional Director, maintain key control programs, and respond timely to guest and customer service department requests.
