Job Summary
Overnight RN Supervisor responsible for overall clinical care of residents during the 11p-7a shift. Duties include administrative tasks (forms, reports, evaluations, charting), reviewing staffing for the assigned shift to ensure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA, making rounds at shift start/end, replacing call offs, and communicating events/incidents to DON/ADON with corrective action as appropriate. Requires current RN license in-state or compact, and minimum of 2 years’ supervisor experience in long-term care or healthcare facilities. Training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing and knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities.
