Job Summary
Overnight retail operations at Nouria Energy locations, including Shell, Mobil, and Irving stations. Greet every customer with a sincere greeting, suggest possible purchases, and promote specials to drive store profitability. Ensure the station operates efficiently within company policy while maintaining safety and security by enforcing environmental regulations and documenting any accidents. Prepare shift reports at the end of the shift and communicate verbally with management regarding operational changes. Maintain customer environment cleanliness and operate assigned equipment safely. Work a flexible schedule as needed in various temperature environments, including coolers and outside weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level
- Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level
- Ability to validate Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Can lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies
- Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
- Ability to work in various temperature environments
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
