Job Summary
Overnight Residential Supervisor to oversee Youth Counselors in Intensive Residential Treatment Programs (IRTPs) for youth referred by DMH. Lead structured shifts, foster a therapeutic and safe environment, oversee daily administrative tasks, and ensure adherence to program protocols in a highly supervised, multidisciplinary setting. Requires leadership and organizational abilities, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits in a non-profit child-focused services organization.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of residential counseling experience with a similar population is required
- Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19 per state regulations
