Job Summary
As an Overnight Residential Counselor, you will provide comprehensive care in a residential treatment setting, supporting trauma-informed practices and student development. Responsibilities include conveying passion for helping students, creating safe therapeutic communities, and conducting enriching activities like arts and crafts and life skills training. Candidates must be 21 years or older, possess a valid driver's license for transporting students, and remain awake during overnight shifts. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
