Job Summary
Conduct overnight safety and supervision of clients from 10pm to 6am, maintaining line of sight and checking on them every 15 minutes. Perform facility maintenance checks, assist with inventory audits, and document all shift activity in KIPU. Keep the treatment center clean and attend monthly Treatment Team Meetings. This role requires staying awake for the full night shift with at least one weekend rotation per month. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid California driver's license, and pass background checks. Evolve Treatment Centers serves teens ages 12 to 17 across California, offering free meals, professional training, and a supportive community environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to stay awake all night
- Must have at least 6-9 months of experience working with teens with mental health or substance abuse
- Must have 6-9 months of experience in an adolescent group home or similar setting
- Must be able to pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes
- Must possess a valid California driver's license
- Must be willing to interact with COVID-positive clients, as needed
