Job Summary
Conduct overnight support and supervision for individuals with serious mental illness, performing routine wellness checks, therapeutic one-on-one interactions, and responding to behavioral health crises. Maintain client safety and stability while documenting interactions and communicating critical information to the treatment team. Ensure facility cleanliness and organization during 11pm to 7am shifts in Kaneohe's indoor/outdoor therapeutic environment. Work full-time or part-time with ample supervisor support, clinical supervision, and access to evidence-based training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 6-12 months supervised experience (work, volunteer, or a combination) with at least one of the following populations: severely mentally ill (SMI/SPMI), developmentally disabled (DD), elderly, children, or other special needs populations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling (or similar degree with course work in psychology)
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license, clean driving abstract, and valid safety check
