Job Summary
Staff the front desk by answering phones, authorizing access, and monitoring building security while enforcing CCS policies with residents, guests, and visitors. Conduct routine safety checks of entry and exit points, ensure upkeep of common areas, and address issues with appliances, plumbing, or electrical systems. Monitor resident behavior, log all visitors, record significant events, and report program violations to the Program Supervisor. Respond appropriately to emergencies, accept and distribute messages, support case management by reminding residents of appointments, and perform routine cleaning and facility walkthroughs. Work overnight shifts at a 24/7 affordable housing program serving chronically homeless and disabled adults.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to work effectively with individuals displaying a wide range of behaviors
- Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to make sound, independent decisions without direct supervision
- Proven reliability and dependability in work history
- Flexibility to ensure adequate shift coverage
- Commitment to a team-oriented, respectful workplace

- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and deliver culturally competent services
