Job Summary
Staff the front desk by answering phones, authorizing access to clients and guests, and monitoring building security. Enforce CCS policies with residents, guests, and visitors while conducting routine safety checks of entry and exit points. Ensure upkeep of common areas by addressing issues and reporting appliance, plumbing, heating, or electrical problems. Monitor behavior, log all visitors, record significant events, and model respectful interactions to maintain a safe environment. Respond to emergencies, distribute messages, support case management by reminding residents of appointments, and perform routine cleaning and walkthroughs. Work 20-37.5 hours weekly in overnight shifts at this 24/7 affordable housing facility serving chronically homeless and disabled single adults.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to work effectively with individuals displaying a wide range of behaviors
