Job Summary
Overnight Resident Concierge in Nashville, TN. You’ll greet residents and prospects, solve problems, plan meaningful events to engage the community, build brand loyalty through consistently positive experiences, and manage front desk logistics (logs, package rooms, club room reservations, freight elevators). You’ll also generate awareness via social media and encourage residents to share reviews. Requires 2+ years of hospitality/retail/travel or hotel experience, excellent written and verbal communication, a professional appearance, comfort with software/apps, attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend or evening availability is expected. Compensation is $20.67–$22 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Competent with various software, apps and computer programs
- An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs
- A customer-focused mentality
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
