Job Summary
Provide personal care and follow resident care plans. Perform delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain physical and emotional well-being. Accurately document information and communicate with RNs and LPNs regarding relevant resident information while following HIPAA guidelines. Located on the DTA bus route, Keystone Bluffs offers 80 single-level apartments in Duluth, MN. This role includes rotating weekends from 10:00pm to 6:00am with overtime pay after 8 hours. No prior experience is required; we offer a reimbursement program for CNA course completion.
Required Qualifications
- Must thrive in a teamwork setting
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration
- Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
