Job Summary
Operate 48’/53’ tractor trailers to transport specialty water treatment products between internal Xylem facilities; load/unload and reload as needed, using forklifts when applicable. Maintain accurate e-logs and order data, and communicate clearly with internal teams. Regional routes with occasional overnight stays; start times between 9pm–3am and weekly home time with a stable Indianapolis base. Must hold a Valid CDL A license, have at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, a clean driving record, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; forklift experience is a plus. Competitive pay of $70,000–$75,000 with overtime eligibility, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company contribution, PTO/holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement). Willingness to work overnight/3rd shift and comply with safety and DOT/state/federal regulations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- At least 1 year of recent experience driving tractor trailers
- Clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

- Ability to operate forklift (experience is a plus)
