Maintain lobby and public space areas in a clean, orderly condition by cleaning glass doors, vacuuming floors, and replenishing restroom supplies. Inspect and clean the pool area, exercise room, offices, and break rooms, removing trash and wiping down equipment. Deliver cribs, roll-away beds, and other amenities to suites while logging locations in the Front Desk log book. Communicate suite status changes to the Front Desk and assist the Chief Engineer with guest maintenance complaints. Answer guest inquiries about local facilities and courteously accommodate special requests. Know hotel emergency procedures and monitor suite status logs.
