Job Summary
Service, clean, or supply restrooms; sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum building floors; clean kitchen and food prep areas; gather and empty trash; mix cleaning solutions; clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors; notify management of major repairs; request supplies; dust furniture, walls, or equipment; strip, seal, finish, and polish floors; steam-clean carpets; remove snow from sidewalks or driveways; and monitor building security by locking doors or checking electrical appliances. Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding for events. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate about job-related needs
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
- Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
- Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly way
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
