Overnight Positive Support Specialist with 2500 Hiring Bonus

Overnight Positive Support Specialist in Intensive Community Residential Services (ICRS) programs. You will support individuals with intensive medical, behavioral, and mental health needs, helping them participate in meaningful activities at home and in the community. Responsibilities include assisting with essential life skills (meal preparation, personal hygiene, community navigation), advocating for individuals’ rights and medical care, completing shift documentation, and managing crises safely (training for Positive Behavioral Supports and manual restraints provided). The role requires trauma-informed care, ongoing documentation, and collaboration within the team. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, the physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and a background check (BCA) plus a valid driver’s license (MVR). Minimum education is a high school diploma; preferred is a degree in a related field. Minimum experience is 1-2 years working with people with complex needs (3-5 years preferred).
