Job Summary
Manage incoming wastewater and treat materials while monitoring tank levels for processing space. Operate and maintain shop equipment, including heavy machinery like forklifts and skid steers, and perform preventative maintenance and minor electrical repairs. Conduct area cleanup as required and ensure all safety and compliance rules are followed at all times. Wear proper safety equipment and work in conditions involving strong odors, temperature extremes, and varied weather. Work the 10pm to 6am Monday through Friday shift in a team environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience as a Plant Operator with the maintenance of water pumps and plant machinery
- Must be willing to work in environments with strong odors
- Must be willing to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
- Must be able to work on feet most of the workday
- Must be able to lift, climb, and bend
- The ability to learn procedures related to the safe handling of materials
- Committed to growth in a company

- Good eye-hand coordination
- Organizational ability
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to be cross-trained to perform other jobs as needed
- Ability to communicate with others for safety and efficiency requirements
