Stock locker rooms with proper paper products and report broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager or Team Lead immediately. Turn in lost member property via Baseline Fitness's lost and found policy without delay. Maintain customer service standards by communicating effectively with members and coworkers while actively listening to resolve issues. Ensure facility cleanliness to guarantee a positive member experience throughout the shift.
