Job Summary
Overnight front desk associate at a club, focused on delivering a positive member experience. Responsibilities include greeting and meeting potential members, handling front desk tasks and information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours, and assisting with account changes. Also coordinates member services issues with the Club Manager/Assistant Manager, maintains club cleanliness, and participates in ongoing training and deep-cleaning during scheduled shifts. Requires excellent customer service, active listening, problem solving, andDiplomacy to interact with members, coworkers, and the public. Must be able to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
