Job Summary
Overnight front desk role focused on new member sales and delivering a superior member experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting potential members and guests, answering phone calls politely, giving information and tours, assisting with member sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage, updating member accounts, resolving service questions by directing them to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed, maintaining club cleanliness, and supporting a positive customer-service-focused environment. Essential behaviors emphasize exceptional customer service, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and effective communication with supervisors. The role requires basic computer proficiency and physical ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
