Job Summary
Overnight front desk staff at a club responsible for greeting potential members, checking in members, signing up new members, giving tours, and ensuring a positive member experience. Duties include handling front desk tasks, guiding member services inquiries to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager, maintaining club cleanliness, and supporting ongoing training. Must be able to stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work across shifts with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, problem solving, listening, and diplomacy to meet members’ needs.
