Job Summary
Greet potential members, provide tours, check members in, handle front desk tasks, and manage account changes while maintaining a positive experience. Facilitate member service issues by forwarding questions to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed. Perform deep cleaning and continued training during the shift. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Requires strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to stand and walk 75% of the time.
