Job Summary
Greet potential members, handle front desk tasks including check-ins, account changes, and tours, and facilitate member service issues by forwarding them to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness through daily deep cleaning and uphold high standards of customer service, listening, and problem-solving in all interactions. Complete at least one hour of continued training and deep cleaning per shift while standing and walking 75% of the time. This role supports new member sales and a positive member experience within the club environment.
Required Qualifications
